Volunteers are one of the most important parts of making the Jyan Waespe Memorial Car Show possible. As this event continues to grow, our volunteer team plays a major role in keeping the day organized, safe, and enjoyable for show car participants, attendees, sponsors, vendors, and families.

As a volunteer, you may help with several key areas, including:

- Vehicle Load-In & Parking Support
- Assist with guiding cars and bikes into the venue, helping participants find their assigned areas, and supporting a smoother, more organized load-in process.

- Guest & Participant Assistance
Help attendees, show car owners, vendors, and sponsors navigate the event, answer basic questions, and direct people to the right areas.

- Event Safety & Flow
- Help keep walkways, fire lanes, entrances, exits, and key areas clear while supporting a safe and well-organized environment throughout the event.

- Raffle, Merchandise & Donation Support
- Assist with raffle stations, merchandise areas, donation points, prize coordination, and helping attendees participate in fundraising opportunities.

- General Event Operations
- Support the event team wherever help is needed, including setup, signage, communication, cleanup, and other day-of responsibilities.
