Do I need to register to bring a vehicle in the show?

Yes.

All inside venue show vehicles and motorcycles must be pre-registered in advance to enter the show.
INSIDE VENUE REGISTRATION IS PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY.

NO DAY-OF REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR INSIDE SHOW PARKING.

Outside show car lots may be available for day-of registration, space permitting.

Where does the money from the car show go?

This is a charity-focused event.
 Proceeds from the Jyan Waespe Memorial Car & Bike Show go toward scholarships and charitable initiatives tied to trade education and community programs. Our goal is to create real, lasting impact while honoring Jyan’s name the right way.

When is registered car & bike load in?

Accepted Answer

Registered vehicles may load in during two designated windows: the evening before the show and the morning of the event. Night-before load-in will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and morning-of load-in will run from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
If you have purchased a registration, you will receive your assigned section and designated arrival time window based on whether you choose to load in the night before or the day of the show. The venue has been divided into multiple sections to ensure a smooth, efficient, and organized load-in process.
If you are arriving with a club or group, we strongly recommend coordinating to arrive together. This helps prevent congestion and ensures your group can be placed efficiently without blocking other vehicles.
While there may be slight flexibility for late arrivals, we strongly encourage all participants to arrive within their assigned window. Once the show begins, all vehicles must remain stationary for the duration of the event to ensure safety and a smooth experience for all attendees.

Can I move my car during the event?

No.
 Once the show begins, cars and bikes may not move under any circumstances until the event concludes.
This is a strict safety rule enforced by the venue and event staff. If you need to leave early, please plan accordingly and do not register a vehicle.

When can I park my car?

Accepted Answer

You have two options:
Option 1: Night Before Parking - May 8th
Available the night before the show
Approximately 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Strongly encouraged for show vehicles
Option 2: Morning Of - May 9th
Load-in begins at approximately 6:00 AM
Hard cutoff at 10:30 AM
No vehicle entry after the cutoff time
Arrival times may be assigned depending on vehicle count and layout.

When can I leave the event?

Vehicles must remain parked until the official end of the show.
 Early departure is not permitted for registered vehicles.

Can I bring a motorcycle?

Yes.
 There will be a dedicated motorcycle section for registered bikes.

What about trailers?

Trailers will park in a designated trailer area separate from the show field.
 Exact trailer parking details will be communicated closer to the event.

What does VIP include?

VIP access includes:
Entry to a private VIP paddock
Early Access
Exclusive merchandise
Catering provided for the duration of the event

VIP quantities are limited.

What is a Media Pass?

A Media Pass allows approved media to:
Enter the venue one hour before the event opens
Capture setup, arrivals, and early content

If I have a Media Pass, can I park my car inside the venue?

A Media Pass and vehicle registration are completely separate.
Media passes do not include vehicle placement inside the show. Vehicles must be registered separately to be displayed.

Can I fly my drone?

No. Drones are not permitted during this event, even if you have a media pass.

Can car clubs hand out stickers or promotional materials?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to prior issues at the venue, sticker distribution and similar promotional handouts are not permitted during the event. Unfortunately, these items often end up placed in areas where they shouldn’t be, which creates cleanup and facility concerns.
