This is a charity-focused event.
Proceeds from the Jyan Waespe Memorial Car & Bike Show go toward scholarships and charitable initiatives tied to trade education and community programs. Our goal is to create real, lasting impact while honoring Jyan’s name the right way.
No. Once the show begins, cars may not move under any circumstances until the event concludes.
This is a strict safety rule enforced by the venue and event staff. If you need to leave early, please plan accordingly and do not register a vehicle.
You have two options:
Option 1: Night Before Parking - May 8th
Available the night before the show
Approximately 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Strongly encouraged for show vehicles
Option 2: Morning Of - May 9th
Load-in begins at approximately 6:00 AM
Hard cutoff at 10:30 AM
No vehicle entry after the cutoff time
Arrival times may be assigned depending on vehicle count and layout.
Vehicles must remain parked until the official end of the show.
Early departure is not permitted for registered vehicles.
Yes.
There will be a dedicated motorcycle section for registered bikes.
Trailers will park in a designated trailer area separate from the show field.
Exact trailer parking details will be communicated closer to the event.

VIP access includes:
Entry to a private VIP paddock

VIP quantities are limited.
A Media Pass allows approved media to:
Enter the venue one hour before the event opens
Capture setup, arrivals, and early content
Access designated media areas
A Media Pass and vehicle registration are completely separate.
Media passes do not include vehicle placement inside the show. Vehicles must be registered separately to be displayed.
Late arrivals may be denied entry to the show field.
The 10:30 AM cutoff is final for safety and logistics reasons.
Yes. Food, drinks, and vendors will be available on-site throughout the event.
VIP guests receive included catering.
